        BM2010A multi-element measuring apparatus

         Abstract: BM2010A multi-element measuring apparatus as the quantitative analysis apparatus is developed based on requirements of cement enterprise. It is mainly used to detect CaO%, Fe2O3%, SiO2% and Al2O3% content in slurry as well as SO3% content in clinker or cement so as to quickly supply analysis data for slurry mixture ratio and clinker rate value, analyze CaO%, Fe2O3%, SiO2%, Al2O3% and SO3% content in limestone, clay, gypsum, slag and other materials to supply quality data for incoming raw materials, detect CaO% and SO3% content in cement so as to provide analysis data for mixing quantity of composite materials in cement. In this way, element control improved to rate value control can be realized in production. BM2010A multi-element measuring apparatus can also be used to other occasions whether CaO%, Fe2O3%, SiO2%, Al2O3% and SO3% shall be analyzed, such as  kaolin, refractory, slag powder, etc.

        (6) Instrumental analysis system can be used independently or used together with microcomputer material proportioning system by connecting through RS232 or RS485 standard serial port; 

        (7) Two elements are analyzed at the same time quickly. We adopt "continuous measurement method of standard sample" so as to obtain the result with high precision in 30s; 

        (8) Strong software function and great data storage capability; Software function can be added as required by users to guarantee high cost performance; 

        (9) After measurement is completed, "pull-out measurement tray" warning function is prompted within 8s (new functions are unavailable from other manufacturers)
